BY SIGNING BELOW, NEW OWNER(S) AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Puppy will be vet checked within 72 hours by a licensed/accredited Veterinarian.
2. Puppy will be kept in the home with the new owners, not housed outdoors or in a kennel environment.
3. If for any reason you can not keep the puppy, the breeder must be notified and will attempt to help you rehome your dog, if a new home is not found in a timely manner then it is to be returned to the breeder at the owners expense and no monies will be refunded. The dog is at no time to be turned over to an animal shelter or a resuce group, or turned loose to run at large.
4. A puppy sold on a LIMITED REGISTRATION can never be used for breeding purposes, and must spayed/neutered by age one year. All pups sold as Pet/Companion will be sold with Limited Registration.

*The breeder is not responsible for any Veterinary charges that are incurred by the buyer once the puppy leaves my care.*

*If the puppy is to be shipped, once the puppy is dropped off at the airport the owner is responsible for Veterinary charges that they may incure from that time on and any kenneling fees that may arise, the breeder is not responsible for any Veterinary charges or kenneling fees once the puppy is handed over to the airline staff.*

Intestinal parasites, external parasites and kennel cough, are excluded from this guarantee. Once the 72 hour period has passed no refund or replacement will be given. I guarantee against Parvo Virus for 72 hours. The puppy is not to be taken to public places for example stores and parks, and the puppy should be held in your your arms while at the Veterinarians office and weighed on the "baby scale" during this 72 hour period to help limit the potential exposure to the parvo virus, remember your puppy is not fully proteced against the Parvo Virus and all other illnesses it has been vaccinated against until it receives all of it's vaccinations usually around the age of 16 weeks old. The puppy must be examined by a licensed/accredited Veterinarin within 72 hours of leaving our home, if the puppy is not examined within the 72 hour period then any guarantee in this contract is null and void. If this puppy is bred before it is 18 months old, then any guarantee in this contract  is null and void, If the puppy is found to have a life threatening condition the puppy MUST be spayed/neutered before a replacement puppy or partial purchase price (refund amount to be determined by breeder) is refunded and the breeder MUST be presented with a spay/neuter certificate. The puppy if found to have a congenital life threatening condition, as stated above, must have a second opinion by another Veterinarian of the breeders choice, prior to altering being done, at the owners expense. The breeder will be available to answer questions or concerns for the life of the puppy.

Complete Integration:  This contract is a complete and final agreement between the parties herein. All other negotiations whether written or oral are hereby superseded by this final and complete contract. This includes prior emails, and phone conversations.
